• What is included in the tour price?

  • Everything except airline tickets there, extra food and extra drinks and souvineers.

• How do I get to Peru and what do the airline tickets look like?

  • We recommend that people come in late evening on the first day. We call that a travel day. Planes have been getting in at either around 9:00 pm or 5:00am. The 5:00am is not preferable.

• Where do we stay on the tour?

  • We have three different hotels we stay at. Casa Andina Premium on La Paz in Miraflores, Andean Wings in the Sacred Valley and Casa Andina Cateral in Cusco.

• Do you assist with airfare or internal flights?

  • All interal airfare is covered. (once you get to Peru). You can text us pictures of your flights and we can give feedback. We don't book them for you.

• What level of fitness is required?

  • Our trips are designed to be accessable to most people. You should beable to walk 2 miles. Be aware that there is elevation in Cusco and the Sacred Valley.

• Can I customize my itinerary?

  • No - We stay as a group the whole trip so customization is not possible.

• What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • The $1,000 deposit to hold your space is non-refundable. After that we have a tier system of refunds. There are no refunds a month before.

• Do you offer single supplements?

  • Yes! We love our single travelers. We only add our cost to encourage singles to come. It's an extra $400 to cover the hotels.

• What is the group size limit?

  • 18 people is the max

• What meals are included?

  • 3 meals a day are included

• Do you handle entrance tickets (Machu Picchu, museums)?

  • All entrance tickets to everything on the tour is included in the cost. We will give a tour card that has even more options on it if your choose to do extra things on the last day of the tour.

• Do tours include guides fluent in English?

  • Yes - we have 4 to 7 dedicated guides that are with you for the entire trip! They are all fluenent in English and have other special traits. (ex massage therapist, photographer ect.)

• What about altitude sickness?

  • We've come up with a cool way to combat this! When we arrive in Cusco (the highest place) we immediately take a van down to the Sacred valley which is lower, (around 8,000 feet.) We also suggest that you get a prescription with your doctor for altitude sickness.

• Do you provide transportation in Peru?

  • All transportation is included. We pick you up from the airport, have all of the transportation organized, and drop you off at the airport at the end of the trip.

• Is travel insurance required?

  • It's not required but HIGHLY suggested. Due to the nature of our relationships with the other businesses we pay full price WAY in advance and they won't give us anything back for cancellation - so we can't give it back to you. You can get travel insurance that covers the whole trip in case something happens.

• What currency should I bring?

  • We suggest you bring a cash card. We will help you get to the ATM's in Peru.

• What vaccinations are recommended?

  • There are no vaccinations necessary.

• Can you arrange family/private tours?

  • Yes - Please contact us if you are looking for a private tour. We would be able to accoommodate your request.

• What’s the best time of year to go?

  • February is rainy season so NOT then. Every other season has pluses and minuses.

• Are tips/gratuities included?

  • Yes

• Will there be a meeting where we can ask questions and meet the group beforehand?

  • Yes - a few months before hand there will be a meeting so you can get to know the guides and each other. We will also do a short ice breaker and have a Q and A session.

• Do you offer pre-trip orientation WhatsApp group?

  • We have a WhatsApp group you need to be a part of. It will be a group chat. We will pass important information in this group.
